The Wack Shack Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The Wack Shack provides a mobile golf simulator experience for private events, parties, fundraisers, corporate functions, and community gatherings. We deliver, set up, and operate the simulator at your chosen location for the duration of your booking.

2. Booking and Payments

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date.

• The remaining balance is due on or before the event day (before play begins).

• Deposits are non-refundable, but may be applied as a credit toward a future event within 12 months, depending on availability.

• We accept payment via cash, credit/debit card, or approved digital methods.

3. Event Requirements

• The customer must provide a safe, level space (minimum 15 ft wide × 18 ft deep × 11 ft high) with standard 120V power access.

• Access for delivery vehicles and setup must be clear and available before arrival.

4. Setup and Operation

• Our team handles all setup and takedown (approximately 60–90 minutes setup, 45 minutes teardown).

• A Wack Shack team member will remain on-site during the event to operate the simulator, ensure safety, and assist guests.

5. Safety and Conduct

• Only one person may swing at a time.

• Children under 13 must be supervised by an adult.

• No food, drinks, or rough play inside the simulator enclosure.

• The Wack Shack reserves the right to pause or terminate play if unsafe or disruptive behavior occurs (no refunds will be given for lost time).

6. Damage and Liability

• The customer is responsible for any damage to equipment or property resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions.

• The Wack Shack is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that occur during use of the simulator. All participants assume any risks associated with golf swings, physical activity, and simulator operation.

• In no case shall The Wack Shack’s liability exceed the amount paid for the specific rental.

7. Weather Policy

Outdoor setups are weather-dependent.

• If severe weather (rain, wind, lightning, or extreme heat) makes conditions unsafe, we may pause, relocate, or reschedule the event.

• If rescheduling isn’t possible, your deposit will convert to a credit for a future date.

8. Media and Promotion

We occasionally take photos or short video clips during events for social media or marketing purposes.

If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify us in advance or at the event — we’ll gladly respect your privacy.

9. Privacy and Data

Your personal information (name, contact info, event details) is used only for bookings and communication.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties. For more details, see our full Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Yuma County, Arizona.

What is the recommended rental time for The Wack Shack golf simulator?

We recommend booking at least 3 hours to get the full Wack Shack experience.

Here’s why:

• Setup + Playtime Balance: Our team sets up and tears down the simulator around your schedule, and 3 hours gives your group plenty of time to relax and play without feeling rushed.

• Ideal for Groups: For small gatherings , 3 hours is perfect for 9 holes or several challenge games like Longest Drive or Closest to the Pin.

• Larger Events: For parties, fundraisers, or corporate events with lots of guests, we suggest 4–6 hours to allow everyone a chance to play.

• Tournaments or Open Play: All-day rentals are available for festivals, golf tournaments, and large events where guests rotate in and out.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just your swing — we’ve got the rest covered! 🏌️‍♂️

You’re welcome to bring your own clubs if you prefer.
